Jason Wickline, Executive Director

“I am most proud of the men who find hope and comradery within the home and are able to rebuild their lives”.

I struggled with addiction for many years and by the grace of God I found freedom in 2017. I spent many years volunteering with different recovery facilities and programs before becoming a certified PRSS in 2022.

I have been involved with Spartan House for many years as a PRSS and Supportive Counselor. I recognize the need for housing for people reintegrating back from treatment and incarceration and I have a passion to provide that here at The Spartan House.

Today, I am first and foremost a Christian, a Father, a Husband and a mentor to anyone who is willing to change. I always tell the new guys, “Welcome to the family and now it’s time to put in the work”.

Arron Walker, Founder

Arron was born in Cleveland Ohio. He has lived in Charleston WV since 2002. Arron struggled with addiction for many years. Arron traveled down many roads before finding the right path to recovery. Arron is a Recovery Coach and mentor. Arron is one of the founder of The Spartan House. He brings a lot of life experience and leadership to the table.
